Deportation appeal

Hi, I was recently deported for five years for a drug possession charge in mainland China. Shortly after deportation, my Chinese girlfriend and I married in Hong Kong. It is not a sham marriage, as we have been together for over 5 years and already planned to marry. We do not have a child. Is there any method to appeal my deportation and obtain a Q visa to visit her in China? I have searched all over the internet, and cannot find information about this topic. Please advise, thank you so much!

Andrew, in principle, nearly no way is available to appeal your deportation. Plus, you can consulate with CVASC in Hong Kong for detailed information.
