Transit visa for pakistani passport

Hi,
I am holding a pakistani passport and currently living in Germany. I am going to Jeju South Korea and transiting in shanghai. Can I apply for a transit visa at the airport and am I eligible for transit visa?

Dear, Germany-Shanghai-South Korea is your itinerary, right? If it is and your stay in Shanghai is less than 144 hours, you can enjoy 144h transit without visa.
