Friend has cuban passport and has a Visa for China and HK, but we will visit Macau.She needs visa?

Walter, she needs Macau visa. She can submit the required documents to Macau Immigration by post. The address is Public Security Police Force Headquarters, Praceta de 1 de Outubro, Macau.0

The above answer is wrong. Cuban nationals can get a visa on arrival. Plus, Macau entry permits cannot be applied directly by the applicant and can only be submitted by a representative in Macau. Visa on arrival nationals will not be issued a Macau visa by Chinese embassies.0
