Enquiry on Visa Application for Cuba Citizen

I would like to make an enquiry on behalf of my client who is a Cuban. He is on working trip in Malaysia at the moment.

May I know what documents are required for a Cuban to apply single entry visa to HK and how much would it cost for single entry visa fee? How long is the processing of visa?

Looking forward for your reply on this matter.
