About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit 12 h in Beijing

Can I take in advance a visa 24 hours from London Embassy , I have a flight London to Auckland with 12 hours transit in Beijing airport ? First time they didn t allowed me to visit the city when I ask for a visa on arrival in Beijing and told me that I need to apply for visa before . I have Romanian passport ,resident in UK. Thank you

There is no visa on arrival in Beijing. To leave the airport you need to be given a temporary entry permit, which is at the discretion of the immigration officer. If you want to be sure to leave the airport then either pay for a visa in advance or book a longer connection (more than 24 hours).
