X2 Chinese visa in hcmc

Hi, I am Japanese and would like to apply type X2 (short-term student) Chinese visa in hcmc.
Does anyone know how long to take to get entry permit?
If I applied on Thursday, would it be possible to get it next Tuesday? And how much is the cost?
