Hi I'm a Ghanaian and is currently in China on a one month business visa I got a job and they are willing to get me a temporary resident permit what do I do?

Richard, you shoulf apply for work Z type and then apply for residence permit.

the process is quite long, unless you are qualified for Category Z, which will make process much quicker. Make sure don't overstay your visa while waiting for the Z visa to be done.
