Hi .... Can one be in problems if he's living with someone who's Visa has expired?

Living with a person in the country illegally itself is not a problem. But if you are staying in a private residence without registering with the police then YOU have a problem (needless to say that he will also have the same problem given that staying in private without police registration is a separate charge). As long as you are registered and not the owner of the place then legally speaking you won't be liable for him.0
