Getting Z visa without a bachelors

I am from the United States, I do not possess a bachelors degree, however I have a job offer from a company in China related to manufacturing and production. Is it possible for me to obtain a Z visa?

As far I know, a bachelors degree is usually required when you apply for the work permit, which is needed in the process of working visa application. Therefore, you need to consult this with the company and see if they are able to get the work permit for you.
