Can I get China's Z visa without bachelor's degree?

I dropped my bachelor's degree. I only have my higher education certificate and I have more than 3 years of experience in import, export and domestic sales. Moreover There's a company which is offering me work permit so can I get China's Z visa?

I'm sorry but the bachelor degree is a must to apply for Z visa.
