About:Ta'er Monastery

Application for tourist visa of Canadian passport holder in the Philippines

Can Canadian passport holder (Filipino by birth) , visiting Manila & who will travel with Filipino family to Guangzhou,( with airticket departing from Manila ) apply for visa in the Chinese Embassy in Manila? Thank you
