I am a Sagittarius rat born on dec 20 1996

I am going through a medical examination in government institution.but i have a problem in my vision. They require 20/20 vision but my eye aight is 20/40 but im going to memorize the snellen chart if ever will i have a big chance of making it through? And will fhe doctor there will be considerate to me? Or if ever you cant tell clearly, will i be able to make it through by memorizing it? Based on my horoscope forecast thanks
