About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

z visa for other citizens in Singapore

i just read from the Singapore embassy that they can issue z visa to other country citizens. how true is this

Danny, it is true, but CVASC there only issues visa to the other country citizens with the long-term stay visa in Singpore.
