Would I make it in time at Beijing Capital Airport?

I will land at Terminal 3 at PEK airport, waiting to catch a flight to Japan. My layover time is 1 hour and 50 minutes. I will be catching my connecting flight to Japan at Terminal 3 PEK airport. Do I have time to catch my next flight to Japan at Terminal 3? Am I also eligible for 24 hour visa exemption transit?
