Visa while travelling

Hi,

I am currently travelling and in Germany for next two weeks, then India and Nepal for 2 months.
After this I wish to travel in China for a month or two. I am Australian.

Can I apply for the Chinese Holiday Visa while in Germany?

Dear, you can't apply in Germany as CVASC in Germany only accepts the application from the third country citizen on long-term Germanic visa.
