About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Over staying in china

Iam currently in china on a student visa and it will be expiring on 25th July. But I have already applied for another x1 visa and the jw202 will be ready by 26th July. My question is am I going to have problems when I go to apply for a visa maybe 2 days after the expiring. Let's say I go on the 27th. Can I have problems ?

Zinxed, you'd better to ask for visa extension or get a zero entry tourist L type at local PSB.
