About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am flying from Canada to Beijing to T3 layover is 3 hrs before my next flight to Manila in T3

do I have enough time ?
and maybe go outside and come back in
would I need a visa ?

1. Yes, the time is enough.
2. You are eligible for 24-hour visa-free transit. But if you go outside then you need to apply for a stay permit.
