Hi, is there a Z visa processing in CEBU CONSULATE?

Im planning to apply Z visa in cebu instead of Makati because its very far from Negros Occidental, where I am right now. Thank you

Charry, it is possible for you to apply at Chinese Consulate in Cebu.
