Reserve a room at Beijing Capital Airport

I would like to have information about the style 1 sleeping possibility (west on public space in Arrival lounge at 2nd floor of T3-C). I would like to ask whether it is possible to reserve a room in advance, and if it is were should I make the arrangements(eg.: email, webpage,..ect.).
