I am afraid that it won't be easy for you to find the taxi because of the long-distance. You can take intercity bus to Guangzhou Coach Station firstly, which costs CNY75 with 1.5 hours. Then take express Line 1 from Guangzhou Railway Station to Baiyun Airport Station, which costs CNY18 with 1.5 hours.
