Bank Account and WeChat use for Foreigners

Hi,
I saw in FAQ that foreigners can open a bank account in China. I also see WeChat Payments, Alipay, etc, are just working for those have a Bank Account in China.
Said it, I want to have an experience to use all Chinese services, restaurantes, etc, I can pay with QR Code.
Arriving in China like a foreigner can I open a bank account in time to use those apps (Wechat, Alipay) ?
If not, TravelChinaGuide has some service where we can send money and you fill my WeChat account ?

Hi, Rogerio, foreigners can open a bank account in China. As I know, you need to show your passport. For more details, you can consult the staff of the Bank of China. :)
