How to get from Beijing international airport to West Railway station?

I hope you can help me decide the best way to get from terminal 3 PEK to West Railway Station. We will arrive 6:55am and the train leaves 10:45am. It’s a short time, is it possible to make it? I am worried about the busy traffic in the city in the morning. What do you suggest?
