how to obtain x2 visa

hello, i want to study for a short period in china so i wanted to ask how can i get an x2 visa with 180days. what documents needed, and how can i obtain those documents(do i have to apply for a university in china to have x2 visa(and if so, whatprogram to apply so as to have x2 visa) and lastly is the visa with the exactly six months or you need to apply for a residence permit when you arrive in the mainland.

Dear, you need to get admission letter first, which means that you need to apply for Chinese University, training school or other instituatios. And then prepare valid passport, application form and recent photo and admission letter to submit to Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe. Plus, X2 is normally 180 days and you don't need to apply for residence permit.
