About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

US-Hong Kong-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Taiwan

I am planning take bus from Hong Kong to Shenzhen staying within 24 hours and then take bus back to Hong Kong. Do I need a visa? Thanks.

To accomplish this itinerary, you will have to apply for 5 day Shenzhen VOA at the border crossing. In case that you decide for this option, the best crossing is Lo Wu / Luohu. You can return via any crossing using any mean of transport. Keep in mind that the price for Shenzhen VOA for US citizens is 956 CNY.
