Two adults have mutliple valid china visa, but two kids do not have

Ronadi, I'm afraid that you will not be able to do that. You and your wife are fine because you have Chinese visas, but your children will be denied Shenzhen VOA. Simply speaking, actual Shenzhen VOA policy states that Indonesian citizens are eligible only if they have been granted a Chinese visa previously. In case that your children, albeit small, have never been granted a Chinese visa, they will be denied entry.

I understand your logic that when Chinese authorities see your visas, they will grant VOA to your children. Look, this is possible, but the chances are so small and I sincerely discourage you from doing that.

Ronadi, with the fact that your older child has already entered China last year and with only the youngest that doesn't have any past visa connections, I would say that your chances are even better than 50:50. In my opinion they are almost 80:20 in favor of positive outcome for your family.

Glad to hear that. I just hope that the Chinese authorities will further relax Shenzhen VOA requirements because there are so many people, mainly from Asian countries wishing to make a short visit to Shenzhen city.
