Two transit visas

We are planning a trip from Barcelona to Japan, our flight is BCN-PVG after 4 days we will go to Tokyo spending one week in Japan and later we will go Osaka-PVG stay other 3 days in Shanghai and finally go back to Barcelona. Are we eligible for free transit visa? We will apply for two transit VISAS with around 10 days of difference, is it ok? Thanks!
