About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

My daughter is travelling to see friends in NZ (first time)

She arrives and departs from T2, Shanghai Pudong Airport. Different airlines, but flights were booked together. Will she have to collect her bags or will they be moved for her?
Are there plenty of English speaking staff who can assist her (she'll probably be tired and a little anxious).
Any tips?
Many thanks

If she booked connecting flight, then she doesn't need to collect her baggage. Don't worry, English signs are very clear and there are many professional staffs that she can ask for help.
