Can I take the ferry from Shenzhen Shekou to catch the early morning fligt from HKIA?

My flight is early in the morning at 7.40 AM from HKIA. There is no other way to reach in the night or early morning. Anybody may guide me it is better to go by Ferry from She Kou port and stay in the night at Airport to catch the flight?
