About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

I have to collect train ticket at the station (train from Beijing to Shanghai).

How long before do I have to be at the station?

If for early morning train like at 6 or 7am, maybe 1 hour would be OK. If during other time, it would be better to be there around 1.5 hours.
