About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travelling from SIN-SGN-XMN-SIN

My Friend who is from France travelling to Xiamen from Saigon, Vietnam. Will be staying in Xiamen for 3days 2night before departing to Singapore. Is She eligible for the 72 hours visa free?

She is eligible for 144 hours transit without visa.
