mainland china visa in Guangzhou

hello.
I am also holding passport of Dominica. do I need a visitors visa before travelling or will it be given upon arrival in Guangzhou for 72 hours stay?

Dear, there is no visa upon arrival in Guangzhou for 72h stay. It is actually 144h visa exemption transit as 72h has been extended to 144h, and it is only available for transiting in China. Dominica citizen is not qualified for this, and you can only enjoy 24h visa free transit. Plus, for travelling in China, you are requested to obtain tourist L visa.
