How long do I have to wait before I can come back to e.g Shanghai and claim another 144 hour visa?

Marko, there is no limit in number or time frame that has to elapse before you are able to use this scheme again. You are literally allowed to use it during the same day. Everything that matters is your itinerary and your citizenship.
