q1 visa requirements for pakistan passport

pls comments; for Pakistan passport1:- For Q1 visa, if medical test required in Pakistan?2:- How long can be the duration of Q1 visa?3:- Q1 visa get multiple entries, if yes, how long can be minimum stay in China?Will be very thankful for a clear reply to resolve this confusion, Q2 visa I got many time  and now i want to apply for Q1 visa.

Dear, medical test is not required for visa but for residence permit, and that can be done in  China. Q1 is generally issued allowing a single entry, and the holders must apply for a Temporary Residence Permit within 30 days after entry. The residence permit can be granted for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years, and the holders can exit and renter freely during the validity of the residence permit.
