About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

High speed rail ticket collection

Hi, if I purchase the train tickets from your site from tianjin to shanghai.
Do I collect the ticket from the station on the departure day itself?
And how early in advance do we have to be at the railway station

With our pick up number in hand, you can collect paper ticket at any date as well as the departure date. If you decided to do the collection on the day of departure, it would be better if you can be at station around 1.5 hours in advance in case there is a long queue there. If your train departs at very early morning, maybe 1 hour would be OK. If you can do the collection before travel date, it would save your time, 40min at station would work. Hope this information can help you a little.
