Q2 to Z-Visa (2 at the same time?)

Hi, I am currently in China on a Q2, valid until March 2021, multi-entry. I am going back to the UK tomorrow, but I plan to come back to Beijing about 10 days later.

I have just received a 90-day work permit to work at a Chinese company in Beijing. Is it possible to have 2 visas at the same time? I don't want to lose my Q2 given its convenience and length of time covered, but I would like to take that job in Beijing, for which I need a Z visa.

If I have to switch visa types, can I do it at the police station where I got my temp. residency permit? How long does it take? what documents do I need?

You can't have to China visas at the same time. If you would like to take this job, you will need a Z visa. You can possibly get it at the Exit and Entry Administration Office of the police station. It may take about one week. The documents you need include your passport, application form, registration form of temporary residence, recent photo, and the work permit.
