can my friend check in at any shenzhen airlines check in counter at t3, beijing capital

Question

My friend will be flying ZH9055 PEK - Osaka with a departure time of 13:50. What time will my friend's check in open? On the same day, I will be flying BA38 PEK - London with a departure time of 11:40. Can my friend check in at any Shenzhen Airlines Check In Counter (Eg. I check in with British Airways at 09:00 and my friend checks in with Shenzhen Airlines also at 09:00)? We would preferably like to check in for our respected flights simultaneously and pass through security together.

Hi, generally, your friend can check in 5-6 hours in advance and you can check in together.

Thank you. Is that 5 - 6 hours in advanced at the check in counter at T3? I did see that on the Shenzhen Airlines website, it states the check in counter would be open only 2 hours in advanced. Therefore in this case, the Shenzhen Airlines check in counter opening time would be 11:50 (and my flight departs at 11:40). Additionally, as ZH9055 is the only international Shenzhen Airlines flight, would that counter be open for very long? Would the other Shenzhen Airlines check in counters be of use even though they are only domestic check in counters since they are open from very early on in the morning?
