Switching Visa

currently working in Nanjing. im planning to leave my school at the end of my contract but my boss refused to give me the release letter. i am now planning to get an S2 family visa from my daughter.She got 6 years visa from her school. is it ok to switch from teaching visa to S2? TIA

Daniel, it is possible to switch your work Z type to S2 type at local Public Security Bureau.
