About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Nigerian transiting through Shanghai to another country

Hi, there is a possibility that I’ll be flying through Shanghai to another country. The layover is for 5 hours. Would I need to get a transit visa? Thank you for your help.

If your layover within mainland China is just 6 hours, you as Nigerian citizen, are eligible for 24 hours visa free transit.
