About:Visa on Arrival

Hi, what are the current opening hours at the Shekou Port visa office?

On this web page says to 1700 but I fond elsewhere it stated 1730. (I will be arriving from HKIA on the 1700 ferry and if office closing 1700 will be stuck at immigration).

It is 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:00.

I'm sorry, but it would be too risky to take a ferry departing from HKIA at 17:00 even in case that the opening hours are until 17:30. I understand that this is by far the most comfortable and fastest option to reach Shenzhen, but you will have to take a combination of trains to Lo Wu (Luohu) crossing.
