About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I use a Transit Visa to go from SZX to HKG

I need to connect from Shenzhen Airport to Hong Kong Airport. Am I permitted to exit the country, fly to the USA from Hong Kong, and (of course) not return to Shenzhen on that visa?

Sorry, I was using the term visa generically, when the "visa free" offerings clearly aren't technically visas. I need whichever option would allow me to do this. From reading, it looks like I'd need the 24 visa-free transit in order to enter and depart from two different locations, but I've read that's not available in Shenzhen Airport.

Dear, can you express more about your itinerary? Which country or region do you come to mainland China? I need your all itinerary and then figure out if you can enjoy 24h visa free transit.

Well if you're on a 24h transit, Shenzhen still doesn't allow you to leave the city to HK.
If you use the 144h twov, then it works but you have to stay in Shenzhen more than 24h.
