Do I need to secure a transit visa?

Hi, I am holding a Filipino passport and I'm travelling from Cebu to Dubai and I have 4 hours layover in PVG Shanghai Pudong Airport. I only plan to stay in the airport and wait for my next departure, i don't need to secure this transit visa right? Please advise as this will be my first travel with layover in China.
Appreciate your help.
