Besides taking a taxi, what are the possible public transportation options do I have to reach Shangri-La hotel, Haikou from Meilan Int'nl Airport? By the way, may I know if there is a store value public transport card similar to yikatong which can be used on local buses?

1. You can take shuttle bus K4/K/No.4/No.21 to Hainan Normal University Station, then transfer to bus No.86 to Hainan International Exhibition Center Station, and walk west of 1km to your hotel. It takes around 2 hours.2. Of course, you can buy Hainan Island Card in the airport.
