About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Separate Airlines

If I am arriving to Shanghai from one country on one airline and purchased my ticket to another country separately on a different airline, will there be problems?

Do I simply show my ticket to the second country upon arrival to qualify for the 72 hour stay?

If not, how do I inform them in advance?
