About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

from tokyo to guangzhou ....

hello from italy, i'm planning to take a flight from tokyo to Guangzhou, wanna stay 2 days, than go to Shenzhen...... and after all take a train from Shenzhen to Kowloon in HK.
if i book the train from to HK, i will have some kind of problem get the 144 visa?

Dario, your itinerary is eligible for 144 hours visa free entry, but you have to know that high speed train is not allowed for 144 hours visa free transit purposes. Having in mind that you intend to travel from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, I will advise you to take a ferry from Shenzhen Shekou port to Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal in Hong Kong. You have to book your ferry tickets from CKS - Chu Kong Passenger Transportation Company website. Also, you have to know that you need the entire set of tickets, including one for the ferry even before your travel from Tokyo. So, it is not possible to book or change anything after your check-in in Tokyo and you really HAVE TO travel by the ferry you have bought your tickets for!
