David, you can start by making contacts with this agency, i.e. Travel China Guide :)... Of course, you can explore some more and I suggest you that you contact one or two agencies that you will find on VISAS-Plan Your Trip-Hainan Official Tourism Information website. Keep in mind that you will have to book some of their offers, at least an airport transfer or some half day trip. The rest of your stay will be up to your personal choice.
