I am Filipino Citizen traveling to USA. Can I buy a ticket that has layover in Shangha

I am Filipino Citizen traveling to USA. Can I buy a ticket that has layover in Shanghai? The ticket i am about to purchase has 4 hours layover.

Yes, you can. Filipino citizens are eligible for 24 hours visa free transit and your intended itinerary that will have 4 hours layover in Shanghai is just fine. Basically, you will just tell to the airport employee in Manila that you will fly through China visa free and show her/him your flight tickets in hard copy. After that you will be allowed to travel and to enjoy completely visa free travel through China.
