Penalty for overstayed Filipino with baby

Good evening.
I’m maricel. I’ve been in china for 4 years and I have my son who is 3 years old. My son and I have passport. We are ready to go back to Philippines but I don’t know how much is the penalty. Can anyone advise me if Shenzhen is good to surrender? How much will be the penalty?

Hi, there is no certain fee for penalty. You should contact with local PSB Exit and Entry Administration for more information.
