Can Dutch passport holders apply for the Shenzhen VOA at the Lowu border?

Hi, I have a Dutch (Netherlands) passport, will I be able to get to get the 5 day VOA at the Lo wu?

Ok so I do not need a china visa to cross the border to Lo Wu side?!

Yes, of course. Actually, you will cross Lo Wu that is on Hong Kong side and you will apply for VOA at Luohu on mainland China side of the administrative border. It is advisable to have at least one night accommodation booking in hard copy.

True, because you will apply and obtain visa at mainland Chinese Luohu control point that is a counterpart of Hong Kong Lo Wu control point. Everything you will say at Lo Wu to Hong Kong immigration officials is that you will apply for VOA at Luhou. After you exit Luohu you will have visa in your passport.
