Sir,
I am Indian citizen alongwith my wife and daughter travelling to San Francisco, USA by Chinasouthern Airlines during June – July 2019 as per following itinerary :

Outbound: Delhi – Guangzhou - San Francisco
(with 15 hours layover at Guangzhou)

Inbound: San Francisco-Wuhan-Guangzhou-Delhi

Please confirm whether I am eligible for 24-hour visa-free transit without Visa in China during Outbound & Inbound journey (24-hour TWOV) facility provided to air passengers. Under this rule, I understand that no prior Visa is required from China embassy in India. My total layover is less than 24 hours in China during each occasion of outbound & Inbound journey.
Please conform

Mahesh, you have explained everything in detail and I can assure you that you and your entire family are perfectly covered by 24 hours visa free transit in China. You really don't have to obtain any kind of visa and everything you should do is to appear on time at your check-in stating that you will travel through China visa free based on 24 hours visa free transit rule. You also don't have to announce anything to anybody regarding your planned travel in advance. You should have your flight tickets in hard copy ready to present to relevant authorities.
