About:China Train

does xian to Shanghai D308 only go to shanghai station, not Shanghai Hongqiao station?

I intent to take D308 from xian to shanghai ,then have to take train from Shanghai Hongqiao station to Huangshan North. (I thought D308 is a bullet train and all bullet train go to SH Hongqiao station, am I correct?)
how do I travel from Shanghai station to Shanghai hongqiao station, any subway or direct public transport? If go by taxi, how much and how long is the journey?

Hogqiao Station is not the only station serve high speed rides in Shanghai. D308 did stop at Shanghai Railway Station, not Hongqiao. You can use subway for transfer. Take line 3 from Shanghai Station to Zhongshan Park and then change to Line 2 there to reach Hongqiao Station. It is better if you prepare around 1 hour on the way. Not sure about taxi costs, maybe CNY80
